This proposal is a redevelopment of a 1970's apartment block, retaining the original structure but renewing the almost everything else including a completely new façade system which incorporates may innovations in facade design and pre-fabricated structures.
The new envelope flows through the skin
The two buildings sit within a large wooded site where the bright facade of the building sits strongly against the surroundings.
